Is it a PTG reamer, or a Clymer reamer? If you bought the one from the classifieds, he said it was a Clymer! Just curious.

I just know I need one for my build. And the smith will likely charge me full price and he keeps the reamer. This way he uses mine and I can sell it back.

That's cool, I saw the reamer in the classifieds, and saw that you bought it, but I remembered it being POSTED as a Clymer. Both are excellent reamers, I just prefer PTG.
Free bore, is the UNRIFLED space between the end of the case neck boring, and the beginning of the rifling. Most of the " Super Magnum" have a larger amount of free bore to eliminate pressure spikes, and to let the bullet begin it's exit before the bullet is engraved. It's like a jump start.
