Old retired guy with time on my hands resulted in this all weather shooting bench creation dubbed the "Outhouse". Easy to pull back and forth on what's left of the old runway (400 yards). What do yall think? Second pic is the view from within. If you note the display on the Labradar it shows the speed of the 101gr Hammer Hunter from my 243. Good accuracy with more tuning to be done.

You might want to think about putting a window on both sides. That way if someone were to walk around the, "Outhouse" when you are shooting you would see them before they are looking down you barrel. It would also give you a little ventilation when needed. If it gets hot and stuffy just open the windows. You got some nice setups there.

Absolutely right and planned.... if it ever warms up around here!

Very Nice! The thought of shooting in a calm, quiet atmosphere is very appealing compared to having the 338 with tank brake blasting me, or Rambo next to me slingin hot brass out of his AR at me. It would bring a whole level of fun! The only thing it might need is a Flag pole to run 'active firing range flag' up!

There are lots of cattle ranches in Florida, also lots of deer and turkey.
Awhile back while driving along a back road to a lake i fish, there was a guy closing a gate.
He was driving a nice old Jeep CJ with about a 15 ft high tuna tower on it.
No need for any heat or windows down here.

Good idea on the flag! Had not thought of that.

There's an idea. Maybe the next project!
