Wv missing hunter

The missing Wv hunter in Utah was possibly found yesterday. Awaiting an autopsy. My sons work with his daughter and she'd been notified that another hunter had stumbled across his remains. It's been right at a year and finally some closure for the family.
Always keep safety in mind while out and about. Things can happen quickly while out doing the things we all love to do.

A sad thing for all, but, at least the family has some closure (I hate that word)! At least he was following his passion......Hopefully, his passing was quick and painless! memtb

Not belittling his demise, but I plan to go that way. Sitting on a ridge-line or mountain top watching my last sunrise or sunset and hearing the distant bugle of a bull.

Then their is the old Navajo way of walking into the Canyon Lands with only a day's water and food.

However most likely, it will be a heart attack while climbing another mountain.....Cats and bears have to eat too.
