Who contours and carbon wraps barrels?

I am wanting a 24" .358 carbon barrel but there is only one manufacturer that has that as a standard offering. I see several members mentioning that they have had barrels profiled and then wrapped. That is something I know very little about, well actually, one of many things I know very little about.

Who offers this as a turnkey service? Do I need to buy the barrel I want, send it to be profiled and then send it to be wrapped?

I was able to get Mike via email and we hashed it out and he gave me a quote and invoiced me. The only thing I didn't care for was the turnaround time, but this is "our new normal" and I ain't gonna sweat it. I have been wanting one of their barrels for a while.
