Whats the case differance 7mmRUM vs 300 RUM

I was wondering what the differance in case size is if any between the 7mmRUM and the 300RUM.
if a guy got a 7mmRUM could he use 300RUM brass

JD, the 7, 300, and 375RUM's are the same case. the 338 case is a little shorter. yes you can use 300 brass.just keep an eye on the necks,they might get a little snug if you have a tight neck in your chamber.i used some 300 rem brass and had to clean the necks up a bit with mine but my chamber was .318.
