What do you see with virgin vs. once fired.

Exactly ive seen it pretty high and pretty minimal depending on chamber, brass manufacturer. I form brass then load work. I do narrow my window down on bullet jump while forming. But i also chamber for a crush on virgin brass. Brass thatll be used in the gun.
I've been playing with chambering my rifles close to the factory headspace of Adg brass. Seems to be working out pretty well.

I settled on a load for 30 Nosler and had some virgin brass left over. Loaded them the same and fired groups with fire formed and virgin and they hit same. I think if the load shoots good in the rifle the case new or fired won't matter too much.

I agree here. My custom 300WM reamer, a modified A191 is just that, using Peterson Long as a guide. Here is the comparison between fired and. Virgin. You can see which is
which by looking closely at the
0.200 mark.

First up, base to tip length.

Load work was with Bofors RP15 from disassembled MK248 MOD0. Thursday took the rifle to get 500 yard elevation drop. Here's the screen grab from the Shotmarker using SR3 at 5.
