Should be buy it, get a receipt and leave with it. Why does it need a 4473 its not a firearm or action? Many countries have no regulation over them and some consider them a firearm part which requires no registration as it should be. Us and the canucks are the biggest dumbasses of the world. Oh yeah, I forgot, look at our politicians. Before Trump finishes his term, I think they will be a firearm part like they should be.

Supposedly, if not classified as a firearm, it has no 2nd amendment protection.

Well a vehicle isn't a firearm- so it has no constitutional protections under the 2a either- yet they kill over 100 people per day ( last year over 44k people died from them)-- yet we can buy them without a background check or waiting period
