Started on these today.

Here's a few pics of the collets for my barrel vise and a couple shots of my billet barrel spinner end caps. (I hate the cast ones from Brownells cause they like to crack and send barrels bouncing across the shop)

Next run of this stuff will be anodized and get the full glitz package.

Working on the actual vise now.

Nicely done, everytime I see some really nice machining work, I turn green with envy. I've used a lathe, vertical mill etc. but I never learned enough to do anything but run a part after it was already setup.

Chad, occasionally I make some of my own tooling, but compared to these, mine look like a beaver gnawed them out. If I ever made stuff that pretty, I'd have to put it in a display case.

I never get tired of looking at this stuff.

Here's the "Gen II" barrel spinner bearing cassettes. Changed the profile a little so that they fit better in the hand.
