The one on the left is a factory once fired 25-06 the right one is for sure 25 caliber and was made from a 30-06 brass

My calipers are jacked up but the best that I can tell is it's a 20-06AI

That case looks awfully fat to me, but I appreciate pics are hard to tell. Maybe a 25 STW? If it doesn't match any of the specs provided by Darryle, does it have anything imprinted on the bottom of the case? If it says 30-06 or 8mm RemMag/6.5 or 7mm STW you have your answer.
