Silver Solder

Use Hi-Force 44. It flows at 475*. True silver solders flow at much higher temps,,, high enough you would be beyond safe temps to maintain the hardness of the bolt head. Better yet, use a grade 8 bolt and screw it in the tapped hole and permanent Loctite it.
