Scout Rifle optics

Hi everyone!

I'm sort of new to the scout rifle stuff, but in a week I'm going to reward myself with a new Ruger Gun Sight in.308. Always wanted a scout rifle since I read those articles by Cooper many years ago. Are handgun scopes and EER scopes essentially the same?

No, handgun scopes have a longer eye relief. You will need a scout rifle scope.
