Agree but why not get a base that fits in the 1st place ?
The SAKO/TIKKA/RUGER/CZ systems are so simple and bullet proof. it's a wonder screw down bases still exist. Of Burris would just make Signature insert ring to fit them we'd be almost as good as Euro rail mounts.
