Simplest thing to do now is change out the scope to see if it shoots.

If you still can’t get anything going, try swapping to a scope known to shoot tight groups and test with that.

Redding are the best out of the box, grub screws are steel, have lead shot under them so they stay put and you can’t over tighten them...
