SAC seating die

For those with the SAC seating die is it worth it?

It's a good seating die and can be setup for many cartridges. It isn't as if there are a bunch of other modular "universal" type seating dies to compare it against, so it pretty much stands in its own category.

I agree. To the point I have purchased multiple SAC seating dies and dedicate them to specific cartridges. It's awesome having one which I leave for fully modular use though. When testing various bullets and cartridges... it's excellent.

It's awesome. More consistent seating than my other dies (Redding,Forster,Hornady) and the micrometer adjusts much more accurately than the other dies. As far as setup for multiple cartridges, just make a dummy round for each one and use that to set the die. Usually gets me pretty close.
