Rings and bases rem.700

I need rings and bases for a remington 700. the scope is a 30mm tube and 56mm objective. Heard people say get 20moa bases. What type and are the 20moa bases a must have. Are the leupold bases and rings with the twist and lock system (whatever it's call) any good. For some reason I jsut don't trust them.
