Resizing new brass?

I full length size my new brass. In fact now days I full length size everything. I used to neck size when I shot competition. Being a hunter first ya might say. I want to make sure everything chambers.

Factory brass is already undersized for SAMMI chambers. Running them through a FL die doesn't make sense to me. How do you set the die adjustment; based on previous brass?
I normally just run a mandrel into the necks to ensure that the necks are not out of round. Using the mandrel, I've noticed that some factory brass has particularly tight necks. I'll also chamfer the inside of the case mouth before loading.

This is really the bare minimum, first firing you are forming your brass to your chamber.

i'm not sold on that, but doesn't mean that SOME are and SOME aren't from factory.
i've been fl sizing every time i reload for/in a firearm that has shot the same brass.............peace of mind i guess as some brass has over 20x firings w/o 1 single issue with brass, accuracy and/or chambering. i don't claim to be an expert, i just do what works for me
I inspect new brass and only neck size, chamfer, and debur on the first firing. I usually wait until after first firing to size when using high quality brass. I don't like overworking brass unnecessarily. I don't hunt with any of my new brass until I know it will chamber easily in my rifle.
Everything gets run from new to 10 firings through the FL die. Consistency!

Wow... Just how many cases make that FL die 10 times? Before case head separation? Annealing every time? Trimming brass every time? What a headache....
You should make it more clear. I bet you are not FL sizing, but just bumping the shoulder.
Your statement raises questions of your process.
Load and shoot since I want the brass to conform to the rifle chamber…then I apply resizing practices.

I'd say it depends on the brass and cartridge. Circa late 70's and early 80's super-x 264wm brass i fl sized over 20x w/o any neck splits or case separations. Will I ever seethat good of brass again, I'll may never know?
