Rem 700 Bolt Problem

Rem 700 7RM Sendero and the bolt is hard to close until it snaps the extractor (factory extractor) over the case lip on the brass. I can "hook" the casehead over the extractor by hand as I load thru the port and bolt closes fine.

After forcing closed, the bolt opens and closes smooth as silk until you get ready to chamber the next round. Does it on Nosler & Norma brass, haven't tried other brass.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Have the factory extractor replaced, this is common.

Just checked and it is a riveted extractor, belted magnum bolt any suggestion who could fix fix or would you change to M16 or Sako extractor??
