There's not a "temp insensitive" powder made that not going to show at least 50fps between 5-90F. In fact I'd be happy with 75F.

Where the temp insensitive powders like the extreme line from Hodgdon benefit is going from 70-110F. They reign in the pressures in high heat. Cold weather not so much stability because it's not the concern.

As a bonus 23 burns cooler than 4831 while giving more velocity.
That's 1 of the things I like about rl powders. They burn cool enough while delivering accuracy and velocity that you can actually shoot your rifles a good bit.
I abhor the way they have treated reloaders lately though. I'll have a hard time buying more of their powder. I'm simply not into getting taken for a ride (trying to be nice here as I'd rather not air it out and get banned).
