It updated to my phone app first and then second to the Binos. Took a total of 60 seconds.

That's encouraging! I tried over a year ago and no dice. It would freeze the app and binos. Known issue at the time and support never returned calls or emails. But tomorrow I'll drag them out and give it a whirl! If it updates smoothly my review will be substantially more positive.

Firmware install still a no go, I'll try another round of calling sig to see what happens...Just to be clear, everything functions fine, just can't update the firmware.

Revic sold the binos at one point with a $1000 discount that now is no where to be found. I just have a hard time pulling the trigger knowing that.
