Proof Research barrel ?

Going to be ordering a PR Carbon fiber barrel soon and was wondering if anyone knows if the length of the barrel ordered would be the finished length or actual length of the blank.

I want my finished barrel to be 24". Do I order 24" or 26"

order a 24" that will finish at 24" after your smith takes the stub off
