Not sure about MT, but you don't need a license in WY.

Good to know, Wyo is a lot closer! But always windy!

Remember you have to buy Temporary out of state hunting license.

You might check with the fish and game but you never use to have to buy a license to hunt prairie dogs in MONTANA.
