Wanted to pass along an excellent customer service story. Its so hard to find good customer service, so when we do, we should share it.
I sent my 700 Bolt to Phoenix Custom Rifles (formerly Arizona Precision I believe) to install a Varminter Bolt Knob.
After some reviews on line, and a brief phone conversation, I decided to go with them. I sent the bolt on a Monday, they confirmed receipt on Wednesday, and they shipped it back on Monday. I had my bolt back in just over one week shipping included.
The work looks excellent, and the service was more than prompt.
