Burr on neck/shoulder junction in the die?

Or that once fired brass means fired "once" too many!

New set of redding dies,iv never seen such a thing.gotta be the brass.I bought it from an online store.
Asking for a friend, how long have you been reloading and what was your process to achieve #1?

Reloading for many years, first time loading 6.5-284.I use a redding turret press with the seating die touching the shell holder.I use spray on case lube, spray the cases and do something else while the alchohol evaporates.Iv never lubed the inside of a case neck, ever.never needed it.Is lapua brass so soft it needs it?Is 6.5-284 anything special that it needs extra lube?is there an issue with the size die?these are the questions im asking myself.

My only guesses:
1. Not a good lube in neck
2. Expander needs polishing
3. Brass missed the factory annealing process

My experiences similar were with brass work hardening by being fired to many times before annealing.
