NightForce NX8 Illumination Turned on by Recoil… any fixes?

If it starts acting up again, I will try this. I've put about 20 rounds through it since and it hasn't done it again. Hopefully it fixed itself!

Shot another NX8 on a 6.5prc recently and never had the illumination turn on once. Grabbed the 300rum and yep, it did it again. However, it's much more noticeable at low light. If I shoot midday, I don't notice it turning on in the reticle at all. I think I'm just going to pull the battery and be done with it.
