Does everyone full lenght resize all new never shot brass ? Even if they are within min max trim lengths ?

I take the conservative route, fully prep and size all brass. including new.

Depends on the brass. Nosler brass, I check the weight sorting, load em and go, Rem, Win, ect yea they need to be prepped, (Win) culled, cussed..............

Trim if needed, debur, flash hole, neck size only, bang.
I don't own a full length sizer for most of my calibers.

I agree with neck sise, trim, chamfer, ream, tumble then load. I do this for all of my loads. But, if I load for others I FL sise, trim, chamfer, ream, tumble then load.

Yes I do, as several of my gun) are wildcats of some sort, I usually don't have much of a choice.

But for some of the others, as Rem, Win etc brass usually comes out of the "econo-cheapo" plastic bag, the case mouths are usually beat to crap & OCD kicks in... I can't help it...:D

Neck size, Chamfer, debur flash hole & load.

Depends on brand, Norm or Lapua, no. Winchester (junk) yes full prep. I do spot check for length, prep fash holes, tumble chamfer and deburr. Ad someone said first firing fire forms, I don't hunt with it, although have not noticed much accuracy difference.
