Need a gun builder

[Deer mangler]

I'm looking to have a short barreled rifle built. Anyone that wants to do this leave me a post and we can talk more.
This will be a coyote/target/fun gun. My ideas include the following
Manners t5 stock adjustable
Remington 700 action
16"-18" m24 contour barrel/threaded and cap
Jewel trigger
.22-250 or .243
