Yes he was. He had zero fat and was run down skinny from rutting and still weighed 210 dressed and 260 on hoof.

Yes I am. The actual deer are the least of my reasons why. The fact they care so much about each other and that none of my 6 kids are jealous at all about who shoots the biggest buck each year is the true icing on the cake.

My 14 year old son and my 24 year old daughter had a hunt that may never be topped. They doubled up
filming and shooting a couple of good 8's. I taught how to shoot, but otherwise I can't claim any
part of this video as mine. They did it all!
