Hey just drew my first muzzy elk tag I've trying to figure out what muzzy should I buy it's in Utah so it has to be open sight.

I use traditional percussion locks and blackpowder, cast lead slugs or sabot. This will get you to 100 yards. Is this what you are interested in?
I bought a Knight rifle used here from a member and liked it so much I bought a new one from Knight. FYI every weekend Knight seems to pick one model and offer 50% off, that is how I bought mine. Check out the different rifles, they claim 1 moa at 300 yards on the one I bought. They are built well, have quality barrels and nice triggersa. Mince was worth the $900 I paid for it.

If it were me and I had to buy I would get a Kibler Colonial in 58, when you order the kit they can set you up with someone that can finish it and provide it to you in ready to shoot condition.
