Did they get hacked? I received an email from them last week that was suspicious so I junked it, received another 2 days ago saying an order that I recognized from 6 years ago had been shipped. I called them yesterday to question them about it, was placed on hold for 15 minutes, call then switched to leave a message with call back number, no one has replied as of yet. The guy I work with received an email yesterday saying he owed a shipping charge on an order he never placed. Anyone have any intel?

My partner got a suspicious email and junked it and then got a follow up to not open any emails from them, sounds like a shipping or billing partner got hacked.

Yea I got 4 emails from them yesterday demanding I under paid for a purchase from them and another one from eBay.
