Your post is very vague and unclear, what are you asking? It sounds like you know what rifle you have and the serial number. What more do you need to know?

Can someone tell me what year the action was produced? CRF or PF? Caliber?

Call Winchester, they will tell you. Their number can be found by searching. They are very helpful.

According to the 31st edition of the Blue Book G serial numbers started in 1968-1969. The 6 digit numbers started in the upper 900000's. If you have a seven digit number in the 1380000's it would be a 1977-1978 action. They also had 5 digit G numbers in classics starting in 1990. No info about cals.

Thanks Quack! After about 6 calls and an ours worth of hold time I gave up on Winchester. I can however tell you all their rebates and promos ended in September
