Minox customer service

I like to brag on people that give outstanding customer service.

I searched and found that Minox handles warranty and repair service for Puma knives in the U.S.. I sent them 2 wornout Puma folders, a Master and a General. They both needed blade replacement. Minox shipped them to Germany, had them repaired and returned, then shipped to me.

Their total repair charge was 1/3 of the new cost for either knife, including shipping. Took about 4 months, but well worth it for a repair done in the German factory that made them.

Good people to deal with! I recommend them without reservation.
