Magnum primers Winchester WLRM

I've always been told they lie somewhere between a 250 and a Fed 215. If 250'S work those will too, but you may have to tweak the charge just a little to retain the same velocity.

Well, according to my primer testing over the Pressure Trace, Winchester primers are the hottest by quite a bit, and that's all of them, large or small. The only primer hotter in small primer were the Federal 205 Magnum.
Federal primers were next and Remington primers were the coldest.
CCI primers were in the middle, but I only had a small sample to test. Both small and large BR primers were very uniform in start pressure, not hot or cold, just consistent.

Have faith that a Winchester primer will ignite even 150+g of powder.

Cheers.
