low flash powders/Nosler bullets

I'm looking for low flash powders to load the new Nosler, 64 gr. Bonded bullet for hunting AND tactical/home defense use. Any suggestions on powders and factory duplication loads for a Ruger Mini-14? Thanks, John

i'm not sure about low flash powders, but an easier fix may be a quality flash suppressor. I has an AAC Blackout on my ar and it really does eliminate almost all the flash. I've also seen up close videos of the same unit at night and without sound you can't tell when the gun fires. There is another one like the AAC with longer forks thats even better, but the name escapes me.
