I did this once. I built an 18 inch barrel 7SAUM throated for the 180 Bergers. It was handy but I am here to tell you that it was LOUD.....and I mean LOUD!
I would only run it with a suppressor or ear plugs and ear muffs!!lOL
I switched and did an 18 inch 6.5creedmoor and it was LOUD!!!lol

The concussion hurts my head. TOO often. May be dirt bike crash and football related. My forehead absorbs too much!
7-3/4" brain bucket too.
Must have a some slack in there.!

Just a FYI, Gunwerks didn't want to put a new 7 SAUM barrel on a long action Magnus I had. They would do 7 PRC. They were concerned about feeding from bdl magazine.
Heck I just remembered I have a 260 on a bdl long action.
Go ahead.....keep making fun of us SA SAUM guys!
