Leupold Spotting Scopes

Can anyone recommend a good Spotting Scope for around $500-$750 Looking at a Fixed Eye Piece of about 30x
Looked at Leupold and Vortex
 
I have a Vortex Viper HD 15-45x65 .I personally think it is a nice scope for the money. If I remember correct I payed $550 for a used one.
