I've look for mount and rings for my Marliin 1895 with no luck .can any body come up with other mounts and rings ?
I need a good steel mount and extra high scope rings for a marlin 1895cb

I believe I have a Redfield mount and high and extra high rings, can't get to it until tomorrow,

Are they the type that just mount rate to the top of a gun and there's no adjustment in the back just mounted because I don't like the type that you adjust in the back of the scope were you look in and then adjust the scope

I checked last night its not a mount for a 95 but rather a model 94 so its not going work for you, it was a windage adjust base anyway, what you're looking for is a rail or weaver type base, Warne and weaver offer this type mount, you should be able to get what you need from Amazon,

A friend just mounted a caliber complimentary 1.5-5X20 Leupold on his Marlin 45-70 using low Talley lightweight mounts. Ideal for stock weld/cheek placement. A very slick rig for intended use within the cartridges capabilities.
