Yes it is. The "handle" is 3/16" thick. The portion of the handle where the case base rests is 1/2" thick. The "ram" that holds the decapping pin is 3/8". Looks like a milled product probably from bar stock. Can't see any mold seams. My Sinclair hand primer is over $100. That may be apples and oranges, but I believe this is a buy.
