Looks like most of the bad stuff was west/northwest in the state. The unit we are going to in the east side did not reduce any tag allocations.

The hardest hit areas were really the I80 corridor between rawlins and rocksprings and then north from there up through Pinedale I believe. Probably south towards Baggs as well. I can say I've never seen so many dead animals along a road than between rawlins and rocksprings this past May, it was a pretty sad drive.

If the OP gets desperate, don't over look the state parcels, but you'd have to keep in mind the latest access ruling, and keep your GPS handy.
