FPS difference between a 30” and 28” barrel

i received some loads from Berger for the .223 85.5 grain Hybrids but the loads where fired from a 30" barrel with a 1-6 twist my gun is a 28" with a 1-7.7 about how many FPS can I expect to lose

Usually from 30" to 28" it is down to about 20fps per inch. Here's a good test
