I guess I am lazy, I just run them in a rock tumbler with dish soap and water mostly to get any dirt and dust off.

Keep steel wool on the bench with you.When your waiting in between shots or waiting for cool down polish the necks

I use the Hornady case cleaning solution and some citric acid in the ultrasonic cleaner. After a few cycles, the brass looks pretty good. I toss them into the vibratory cleaner for an hour or so to dry them off and comes out very clean.

I'd test that sonic cleaner if it's not seeming to do anything. Put a small piece of foil in your solution and turn it on. It should start creating holes in the foil.

Most grocery stores should have it (near jello I think?) or you can Amazon it. It's granulated like sugar. I just toss in a spoonful to the ultrasonic solution and it seems to do the trick!

hate to say it, but.... it's the best unless you wet tumble with SS pins.

Thanks! I did try some powdered Oxy Clean once, and also used the recommended cleaner from Harbor Freight to no avail.
