Firer lapping vs. standard barrel break in?

Aileron 737

I'm just going to add to the confusion but hear goes.

I recomend using the barrel mfg, recomended breakin procedure first then if it fowls badly or doesent
shoot well then make the decision to lap or Fire
lap.

Factory barrels are normally rough but not all are
so shoot first. They normally take 30 to 50 rounds
to break in.

Custom barrels take 10 to 25 shots depending on the manufacture( some lap and some dont)

Using FF may not be nessary and can only shorten
barrel life.

Just an opinion /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
