Several i don't mind using, but not a fan of horus and haven't used any plex in decades.

The PR2 is a fantastic reticle. You've got good taste. It's probably the best FFP hunting/precision crossover reticle on the market right now, clean enough for field use, detailed enough for precision work.

And I'm with you on the Varmint Hunter. I'm genuinely annoyed Leupold discontinued it. It was one of those rare products that perfectly fit its niche, and they replaced it with generic ballistic reticles that don't work as well for the application. I've got two rifles that still wear Varmint Hunter scopes, and I'm not changing them.

However r, in a second focal plane, I am seriously upset that Leupold did away with the varmint hunter reticle.

Did you ask Leupold directly? Leupold is the only one who can provide the "actual business decision" answer. We might not like it, but it's their decision to make, risky or not, and the consequences that come with it—just saying.

This was from Strelok Pro ballistic apps from my old phone, but I am not sure if it is still available for download.
It's not but I'm looking into other options. Thanks
Edit: chairgun elite seems to be pretty dang good and it's available for my iPhone. They have the leupold varmint hunter reticle downloaded in their file.
