On a somewhat more serious note: is there any way, Len, that they can be turned off or closed after a certain period of time? They seem to live on forever.

I have already apologized for starting the 300 Win Mag Brake poll.
There is an admin. initiated poll forum.
Would it make sense to have a separate member initiated poll forum.?

I think it would make more sense to be able to turn them off after a certain period of time, such as 30 or 60 days. Or, if Len stopped them or locked them after a certain time. 5 yar old polls as to "what scope should I buy" are quite useless.

Better yet, make polls an Admin-only feature. Much of the time they don't provide any info that a poster could not get just by asking a question or perusing the Archives.
