Hope DNR captures deer soon to remove the vest and fine the living crap out if the idiots that did this.

I've heard of stories similar to that. The ones I heard where dog collars, painted portions of the animal, bells tied around their necks like a necklace. It's crazy, but I assume people love their pet deer and think this is a way to make sure they don't get shot. Poor animal. I hope they find it.
