and you just shot a 10 round group, how long until your next shot is considered a cold bore shot. Im asking this because i need to figure out my cold bore shot for an upcoming match. BTW its a .22LR

Get a non-contact thermometer and take a couple of readings of your barrel before you shoot and you will know where your cold bore baseline is at.
