Chrome Moly vs Stainless

Currious what the down side to a chrome moly barrel is compared to a stainless.

Plus stainless can be handled with out fear of starting that beautiful
blueing to rust with improper handling.

And the bore doesent have to be cleaned immediately after shooting.
(some times on a pack in trip you may have to go several days before
cleaning).
