Budget setup

When you add MOA (Minute Of Angle) to your base, it cants the scope down in the front and up in the back to help you achieve maximum adjustment out of your scope, to help you achieve a proper zero or dial-up adjustment at long range.

If you are wanting a 200 yard 0, and you are not very versed in long range shooting and hunting you will not be able to just pick up the rifle and go to town at 1000 yards. You will have to practice at 100, get good there, and move further and further away. Buy a 0 MOA base for you to start out with.
