Bolt bushings/firing pin upgrades

I have a related question, does an oversized firing pin work well to solve the issue of primers cratering? PTG sells an .081" firing pin for $36.

I'm no smith but I gotta think that these custom actions mostly that I know have a .062 or Bat has a .070 for a reason.

I get that, but the standard is .072" and the reality is the pin hole oftentimes comes in at .080" +. So…could a larger pin provide some relief? I'm kinda uneasy about shipping gun parts these days.
