Best powder for 338 RUM

I'd give ya odds that if you worked up to 101 grains or so of H-50 BMG you'd never look back.

This would be with a 300 gr Berger.

Thanks and does anybody else have any experience with H-50 BMG in the 338 RUM? I can get plenty of that here, it seems to stay on the shelf.

Dick, no worries about high jacking because I'm new to the 338 RUM.

Whew! Thanks! As far as being new to the 338 RUM, the more you shoot it the better you will like it! It is truly a long range hammer. It does have a giggle effect on ya. I know I asked for a recipe for loads( there's always room for improvement) a load I worked up for the 250 AccuBond is 100 grn of H-1000, it's good for bout 3100 out of a 28" Pac-Nor. Just my 2cts.

That 100grns is also a compressed load, but no issues so far.
