best gun to make a 338 edge from

i have a 338 RUM and guess i could get the chamber reamed but it shoots less than .75 with 225 accubonds and 1st year out 1 mulie 4x4 and 1 4x4 white tail its the xcr model. Would it be better to buy a sendero 300 RUM and get a new barrel or have one made custom by kirby or shawn and is that who i would send either of my 1st two options too to have done and how hard is the brass to form 300 to 338 necks and what tools does it take

You might as well use it. Once you get the Edge you will never shoot the RUM ever again.

My gun will shoot .75 at 300 yards easy off a bipod. So with that sort of accuracy I would say you will end up selling the RUM!!
